Who We Are
The Erie Community College (ECC) Employment & Training Center is part of the Buffalo & Erie County Workforce Development Consortium. We are a full service One Stop Center.
Our mission is to provide information and services to help jobseekers find employment through the development of comprehensive career plans leading to self-sufficiency

The WORKFORCE INVESTMENT SYSTEM is all about partnerships, pooling resources and developing expertise to ensure a healthy workforce. The ECC Employment & Training Center's partnership with agencies within the One Stop system facilitates access to job
search assistance, job skills training, career counseling, computer classes, college courses, GED and résumé enhancers.
Our professional staff is comprised of personnel from Erie Community College,
the Buffalo & Erie County Workforce Development
Consortium, the Department of Labor, Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities, Supportive Services,
Suburban Adult Services Inc., as well as the Adult Learning Center.
We work together to serve all of your needs at our facility to give you the best possible service-so there is no need for you to run from agency to agency at different locations throughout the County.
