General Financial Aid Information

The Federal and State governments offer qualified individuals the opportunity to access financial aid to cover education and training in any degree or licensure program that accepts the Federal PELL program and/or the New York State Tuition Assistance Program and/or the Federal PELL program.

Educational Institutions that qualify for Pell and/or TAP financial aid include any school that is Title IV eligible, BOCES, Public Schools, Schools of Cosmetology, Community Colleges or four year Colleges or Universities.

Those excluded are: for profit short term training schools, community education programs, on the job training programs, basic literacy and GED preparation programs.
