Career Planning & Assessment Services

If you would like to meet with an Employment Specialist to discuss intensive services, we will guide you through an assessment process that may encompass specific research tasks and job search activities. This process may take two weeks or longer, depending upon an individual's specific circumstances and goals as well as peak customer flow periods.

During this period, your Employment Specialist will help you complete a Comprehensive Employment Plan that will enable you to set realistic, attainable goals. It is our job to help you obtain the skills you will need to secure meaningful employment. We want you to have a career that is rewarding and satisfying to you, not just a job to make ends meet.

Training, education, childcare, transportation and financial assistance may also be available to qualified individuals and will be coordinated through your Employment Specialist.

To begin your career development plan, call us at (716) 825-2525 and make an appointment for an Information Session. We'll give you an overview of what you can expect from our services and then together, we'll begin working on an individualized, comprehensive career plan designed just for you.
